This challenge has been extremely exciting for me. I’ve lost just about 25 lbs from April 5th to June 26th and I’ve found what works for me and my body and I’m working it to the max! This is my 3rd challenge and in total since September, I have lost over 52 lbs! I work out everyday on MY time and stay on track with my food choices. The Fitness Asylum has literally changed my life for the better and continues to do so everyday with this amazing community!

Nope. Your Team Captain will suggest some days for Team Workouts or Team get togethers but these are not mandatory. You have total control over your workout schedule. The only “meeting” we would love you to make is the Kick Off meeting. Any “meetings” now with the current COVID-19 situation are held via ZOOM to socialize with your team.

Being fit and healthy is work, so while it won’t always be easy, you are worth it. It may be new, uncomfortable, and scary or seem completely contrary to everything you have ever been told, but our philosophy is; eat real food, eat plenty of food and fuel your body. Eat as MUCH as you can to lose, not as little as you can.

This challenge gave me focus in a time where it seemed all normal focus was gone. I was able to channel my energy to becoming a leaner healthier me. The coaches were awesome and the support from them and the rest of the team was there when temptation was knocking. Now I'll stick to new paths, with stairs and hills that get me to a better healthier place.

The Fitness Asylum offers a FIT ANYWHERE ON DEMAND series of workouts you can purchase to enhance your program experience! These prerecorded workouts can be done anytime, anywhere you want. Filmed in one of our gyms, each workout is led by our Real Coaches.
We help you navigate every exercise from kettlebells swings, to bicycle kicks, man makers to the Infamous burpee…we are focused on you the entire workout and provide real instruction the from START to FINISH.

Absolutely, we want you to go at your own pace especially when you first get started or if you have any injuries.
Most people try to go at least 2x per week. One not need to workout every single day to get results. Food is a minimum of @80-90% of your results.
Our 12 Week Body Challenge works very well if you working on those last few stubborn pounds or just getting started on your weight loss journey. Whether you have 5 lbs or 75 lbs to lose or want to maintain your weight loss we have a community of all shapes and sizes working together supporting one another.
A year ago, I was a complete couch potato who hated to exercise, and just simply hated to sweat... Today, 3 FA body challenges later, I am down almost 60 pounds!
After many encouraging conversations with friends who were already participating, I signed up for my first Body Challenge. Much to my surprise, I lost 24 pounds, and suddenly found a new lifestyle.
I truly believe that if I can do this, anyone can.
This depends of course. On average, weight loss for 12 weeks ranges from 15-35lbs. Some might join us for the last 5-10, some might join us to maintain their lost weight. We are here to help you with whatever weight loss goal you have.
Kick Off is Sunday September 13th, 2020, 3:00-4:30pm EST from your home! We will be LIVE on FB and that will record and be part of our private page. (This one-time meeting will provide you all the details you will need to be successful.)
The Kick Off meeting is a great way to get started, but we understand you might be away or have another obligation, so we do a Facebook Live video which stay recorded on our Private Page. You can still be successful if unable to attend.
We recommend MYFITNESSPAL (aka MFP) and will be asking for you to friend us there as well so we can view your food intake and help guide your progress. If you have no idea about this FREE on-line app– don’t worry we have a system and process for onboarding you.
For Fall 2020 we will be hosting our 12 week Program on a platform called KAJABI which is easy to access on your phone, lap top, or desk top computer.
Missing time for a vacation, or business trip always happens, so no worries at all.
Life happens and this is a 12 week program.
We are offering our program on a payment plan because we are PARTNERING with you. Part of a partnership is of course to honor the agreement terms. And in short, yes. Once you sign up you are obligated to the terms of our program. Seems fair right?
