It's designed to give you the tools and support you need to get bikini competition ready, and take on the WNBF (World Natural Bodybuilding), INBF (International Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation) & Natural Bodybuilding competitions!
This program includes 20+ weeks of online coaching for exercise and nutrition. You will receive weekly private check-ins with our experienced coaching team, providing support as well as adjustments as needed. Our program includes a private Facebook group to interact with the entire team, as well as an easy-to-use online program library.
We understand that you have unique dietary needs and preferences. This plan does not require you to go keto or paleo, nor are you limited to one type of protein and vegetable for 20 weeks. We create a meal plan that allows you to build your meals following a suggested shopping list. You will be surprised at how much you will be eating!.
Your eyes may be fixated on that sparkly bikini, but there is so much more to plan for on competition day. We have it all outlined for you. Before starting the program I was uncomfortable with myself - I was heavier than I wanted to be and didn't like the way I looked and how my clothes fit. I learned a lot about food/nutrition and that WHAT you eat is key. I didn't need to starve myself - I needed to eat the right foods and found I was actually eating more food, just the right food! I went down about 25 pounds by the time I stepped on stage. I was able to drop down a size or 2 in pants and I didn't find myself covering up - I rocked that bikini on the 4th of July!

I've worked in the fitness and nutrition industry for over 25 years, creating workout regimens and meal plans for thousands of men and women. I competed as professional bodybuilder, and trained 90+ other pros.

Before I started the program I didn’t like the way I felt and was always tired, needing a nap in the middle of the day. I would always be the one to take the pictures because I didn’t want to be in them and see how big I was getting. I learned that I needed to start taking care of myself and that when you eat healthy you really do feel better from the inside out. I had not worn a bikini since having my first child 22 years ago and felt comfortable wearing one again this summer. I also saw muscles I never thought I would ever see again!

Missing time for a vacation or business trip always happens, so no worries at all. You will need to plan and adapt-- but it is definitely possible.
Absolutely! This program can be done at home from anywhere in the world. You just need a computer and a Facebook account at a minimum.
This depends where you are starting from, of course! Some people join with 5-10lbs to lose, some people start of with a bigger goal.
On average weight loss for competition prep ranges from 15-35lbs.
While we can’t MAKE you be on Facebook, we do use private pages to disseminate information and you will miss it if you are not on FB.
If you want, we are totally ok with you creating an alias. Our private pages are NOT visible to the outside world.
The competition team fee listed here includes coaching, as well as meal and fitness planning. This fee does not include your food and supplements, or gym membership. As with all competitive sports, additional costs do arise. You will need to plan for posing classes, which can be purchased through The Fitness Asylum. Additionally, not offered through The Fitness Asylum, you will be responsible for costs such as:
